I joined Petroval in 2006 after 11 years working as a chef in a hotel, managing both orders and kitchen operations. Nothing initially pointed me toward a career in petrochemicals, but a fortunate opportunity led me here.
More than 17 years later, what I still enjoy most about my job is the variety of the missions. “There’s no routine , every day brings something new and unexpected, which keeps the work interesting.”
My unconventional background is proof that Petroval knows how to recognize potential and support career growth.

After an Erasmus year in England, I completed a Master’s degree through a work-study program with a major industrial service provider, where I developed solid skills in technical sales for the refining and petrochemical sectors.
I joined Petroval as an Area Sales Manager, attracted by the international scope of the role and the company’s high value-added technical services. This position allowed me to quickly gain technical expertise and work with diverse teams and cultures.
One year later, I took on a new strategic role as Global Product Manager, overseeing the global development of our Energy solutions including tubular inserts and infrared thermography in close coordination with our international offices.
Petroval is a company where you can grow quickly and take on new responsibilities.

I joined the Petroval team as Workshop Manager (Maintenance & Logistics) immediately after I graduated. I also worked on the development of a quality management system which aimed to ensure customer confidence and satisfaction, by identifying and formalizing the measures that are necessary to achieve quality of services.

The organization in the company also allowed me to be involved in cross-functional roles (employee representative, project manager).

After 15 years of very enriching professional and personal experiences, I joined the sales department as a sales assistant, working in an atmosphere that is both serious and informal.

One feels a real “team spirit” within this small enterprise. In addition, the management of the company is accessible and attentive to the employees’ needs and aspirations, which adds that little extra for PETROVAL!

Following several years of selling furniture as the assistant purchasing manager for a French enterprise, I became a professional diver after training at the INPP (National Institute of Professional Diving) in Marseille. I practiced this profession for a year.

I was recruited by Petroval in January 2006 as a reactor loading specialist. After 5 years in that position, Petroval gave me the opportunity to create and manage a new agency that we were opening in Singapore to cover the Asia-Pacific region. Since 2011, I have with the same passion continued to manage and develop the local agency, meeting clients and working with them on their job sites.

I am very proud to work for a company in which human relations are warm and viewed as important, which is always innovating with the aim to better satisfying its customers, and which allows its employees to evolve if they so wish.

After a career as a lifeguard and pool manager, I wanted to get away from this somewhat restricted environment.

I therefore trained as a professional diver, and performed my first missions abroad.

Following this experience, I had the opportunity to join PETROVAL, a company that allows me to exhibit my full potential while discovering new countries and new cultures.
