Petroval at Global Refining & Petrochemicals Congress 2025 in Delhi.

We had the opportunity to present the Tube Inserts technology to India’s downstream stakeholders during technical session 4 of GRPC 2025.
We showed case studies of retrofit applications of Tube Inserts in shell and tube heat exchangers which highlighted the following enhancements :
– Energy savings at the furnace (higher furnace inlet temperature)
– CO2 emissions reduction
– Enhanced efficiency of existing assets (extended run cycles via online cleaning & heat transfer increase)
– Sustained unit throughput and furnace duty

💡 The presentation led to relevant questions and interactions with the audience about the sustained pressure drop and the range of operating conditions with inserts. We also emphasized the wide scope of applications of Petroval’s Tube Inserts:
– Crude distillation units
– Hydrotreater/naphta/diesel/hydrocracker units
– Air coolers
– U-Tubes
– Reboilers
